Salt Lake City, UT (January 31, 2022) 4Life executives promoted Deborah Dixon to the rank of Senior Vice President of Marketing Communications. Dixon, who served as the company’s Vice President of Marketing Communications from April 2019 to January 2022, remains responsible for departmental and field communications, strategic planning and execution of MarCom plans, and content owner collaboration, among other assignments. During her 4Life career, Dixon has excelled in many areas, and she communicates, troubleshoots, coordinates, and resolves operational issues with top field leaders in the Caribbean, Europe, South and Central America, and the U.S.

After holding a management position with the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City, Utah, Dixon joined 4Life as a project manager. Over the past two decades, she’s served the company in numerous capacities: Vice President of International Product Registration (2003−2008); Vice President of Mexico, Colombia, and Spain (2008−2009); Director of Regulatory Affairs (2009−2013); and Vice President of Field Development (2009−2019).

Dixon holds two Associate Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Chaplain College (1991) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Westminster College (2022). She is tri-lingual, with fluency in English, Spanish, and French.

When asked about her proudest moments at 4Life, she points to numerous marketing integration campaigns and the company’s award-winning philanthropic response to Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.
